To renew your membership online please follow the process below:

  1. Select your GHIN/Name and membership level below
  2. Review/Update your GHIN Personal Information
  3. Submit Payment: Credit Card or Check
By Application Form & Check
Download and print the renewal form.

The form contains instructions regarding payment and where to mail the form & check. Please use this option if you do not have a GHIN number (or can't remember it).
